Me And The Moon

Down the road I grew up on
The moon would shine the whole night long
And while I’d sleep she’d watch over me
If I’d cross oceans in my mind
The moon would not be far behind
And when dawn came she’d take me home again
But where I live now she looks so small
She gets lost behind brick walls and I
I can only remember her shine
